Meet The Owners
Johnnie and Mike Frost
Owner/Executive Director
Mike and Johnnie Frost know all too well the struggle to find quality childcare. As the parents to two children, Carter and Henleigh, they struggled to find care that provided an educational component and a safe, nurturing environment. After a less than desirable experience when their daughter was born, Johnnie set out with a mission to ensure that no family felt the stress of settling for sub-par childcare in order to work. In 2018, KinderKids Learning Center acquired Loving Care Children’s Center in Daphne, Alabama. Assuming ownership of a well-established program of over 20 years, KinderKids Learning Center was quickly filled with a waiting list, due in part to focusing on safe, reliable childcare with a educational component.

In addition to overseeing the operation of the company, Johnnie is a outspoken advocate for the field of early childhood education. It is her mission to have ECE professionals regarded as the educators they are instead of seen merely as caregivers or babysitters. She is active in the community and currently serves as an advisor for the Baldwin County Teacher Cadet Program. She also recently founded the Childcare Coalition of Alabama, an organization whose mission is to connect providers across the state in an effort to improve quality and collaboration among providers. The Frost family is also active in their church and their faith is important to their company’s mission and success, as they see early childhood education as their mission field, positively impacting the lives their employees and the families they serve.

Lindsay Ryan
Program Manager and Site Director
(County Road 64)
Lindsay Ryan is our Program Director and also serves as Assistant Director at KinderKids Learning Center County Road 64 Campus. With over 10 years of classroom teaching experience, Lindsay has valuable insight into classroom operations, curriculum, health and safety, and fostering family partnerships. Her hands-on experience makes her an exceptional mentor, providing her team with proven strategies for success and a deep understanding of their needs.

Lindsay is responsible for the day-to-day operations at County Road 64, but also supports the administrative staff at our other locations. She oversees overall compliance and ensures that our programs are operating at the highest standards.
Allie Turner
Site Asst Director
(Friendship Road)
Not only is Allie Turner an Assistant Director, she is also the parent of a beautiful toddler. It is her unique experience as both mom and employee that allows her to serve our teachers, students, and families daily. Allie understands the need for quality early childhood education and her prior experience as Assistant Director provides her the knowledge, insight, and expertise to ensure our Friendship location meets all compliance standards daily.
